
Paige Boldt joined Watts Guerra in 2012 as part of the firm’s Mass Torts Department in San Antonio, Texas. She achieved numerous academic accolades at both her law school, Texas Weslayan University School of Law and her undergraduate program at Southwestern University.
She previously worked for the Fort Worth City Attorney’s Office, the Texas Attorney General’s Office, the United States Attorney’s Office, and interned for the 95th Judicial District Court.
Paige focuses her practice on representing clients who have been wronged by the tortious acts of others, including catastrophic personal injury or wrongful death cases involving products liability, pharmaceutical and medical devices, and other mass torts and class actions.
She deposes medical experts and non-party physicians as well as appearing in dozens of state and federal courts to participated in pretrial conferences and hearings. Paige has also represented individual clients in work-up for bellwether or wave discovery cases in the Accutane, Granuflo, Transvaginal Mesh, and Syngenta Corn litigation, preparing clients and their families for deposition and trial.
Ensuring clients obtain the best resolution to their claims, Paige also handles settlement agreement compliance, probate, subrogation, and bankruptcy issues when they arise in the firm’s cases and client’s settlements.
