
Pamela Boorman is a counsel based in New York and a member of the firm’s Tax Department. Her practice focuses on representing investors in private investment funds. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Ms. Boorman worked as an Assistant Regional Counsel for the Office of the General Counsel to the Department of Health and Human Services and the Social Security Administration and as an Associate Appellate Counsel for the Criminal Appeals Bureau of the Legal Aid Society.
Ms. Boorman received a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, in 1992 and an LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law in 1999. She received a B.S.F.S. in International Affairs from Georgetown University in 1987.
