Pamela Dorian focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract claims, business torts, internal investigations, corporate governance and partnership disputes, and complex tort matters.
Pamela has experience representing businesses and individuals in a wide-range of industries and subject areas including insurance, gaming and entertainment, and education, both at the state and federal levels.
Pamela attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where she was awarded with a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. While at UVa, Pamela served on the Journal of Law & Politics and represented local clients in the Criminal Defense Clinic. She also participated in the annual charity softball invitational.
Prior to law school, Pamela graduated from Pennsylvania State University, magna cum laude, with bachelor’s degrees in philosophy, political science, and communication arts and sciences, as well as minors in international studies and classics. She was a member of the Schreyer Honors College.
EXPERIENCE :
- Obtained favorable settlement of a personal injury claim, for a fraction of the plaintiff’s multimillion dollar demand, after presenting evidence during mediation that the plaintiff’s alleged injuries to his neck and back pre-existed the auto accident at issue, and that the plaintiff’s own reckless and negligent conduct caused the accident.
