Pamela Mendez specializes in litigation and international dispute resolution matters. She also has experience with corporate, real estate and labor matters. Pamela focuses her practice in civil, commercial and administrative litigation.
Her experience with litigation includes developing strategies for resolving disputes, structuring of defenses, drafting of motions and briefs, and appearing in court hearings. She represents clients in collection, breach of contract and damages claims, also in agency law matters, under Law No. 173 on the Protection to Importing Agents of Products and Goods.
Pamela advises clients on the incorporation of companies under Dominican law. She performs due diligence, assists clients in negotiation and drafting of agreements; and also drafting of legal opinions related to immigration, labor and corporate matters.
Pamela served as Public Relations Manager of the Dominican Chapter of the Latin American Council for the Study of International and Comparative Law (COLADIC-RD), and is currently an active member of the organization.
