
Pamela Pardee is employed as a Paralegal Supervisor with the law firm of Dickinson Wright PLLC (“DW”). Ms. Pardee was hired as a Paralegal in January of 1998 and during her eighteen plus years as a Paralegal, she has worked primarily in the labor and employment law field with an emphasis on collective and class action litigation.
She has been the lead Paralegal assisting attorneys with cases involving wage and hour, consumer, Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA and wrongful termination matters. Ms. Pardee has been called upon to analyze payroll and other data and calculate back wages and damages for numerous collective and class action cases she has been involved with.
