Pan C. Lee is an attorney in the Intellectual Property Group of White & Case, based in the Palo Alto office. His practice focuses on patent litigation in district courts and the United States International Trade Commission, covering a broad range of technologies such as wireless communications, internet-based and mobile applications, and location-based technologies.
His patent litigation experience includes motion practice, claim construction briefing and hearings, taking and defending depositions, and working with experts, as well as participating in an ITC hearing as part of the trial team that defeated all five asserted patents.
Pan was previously an engineer at the Lockheed Martin Advanced Technology Center. His technical work experience includes serving as a principal engineer for components of the GPS III satellite program, responsibility for wireless communications testing on the THAAD missile program, research and development of thermal photovoltaics as well as high-frequency GaN power amplifiers, and authoring grant proposals for DARPA and NRL.
