Panna P. During her legal career, Ms. Patel has practiced in both large corporate law firms as well as in her own private practice.

Ms. Patel has counseled domestic and international clients in their transactional and strategic matters including development and implementation of their global strategic plans through a broad range of transactions such as formation of new entities, limited liability companies or partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, wholly owned subsidiaries and other strategic alliances including but not limited to assisting clients who wish to adopt franchising as a method of distribution.

Over the years, physicians, real estate executives, retail oil executives, banking executives, healthcare facility executives, and pharmaceutical facility executives familiar with Ms. Patel have sought her counsel with respect to their own various personal, business, and regulatory matters including but not limited to negotiation of executive compensation agreements, trusts and foundation matters, family limited partnerships, employee handbooks, restrictive and non-disclosure agreements.

While assisting manufacturing facilities and startups with their licensing, software licensing and distribution agreements, Ms. Patel has, in her role as an attorney and a member of the Illinois District Export Council, assisted manufacturers expand their businesses globally.
