Parker Smith concentrates his practice in the areas of intellectual property, technology, and commercial transactions. He also assists clients with corporate, business, and commercial real estate matters. He joined Stone Pigman in 2016.

Mr. Smith is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also a member of the Intellectual Property Transactions & Licensing Committee of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the American Bar Association.
Mr. Smith is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Louisiana Chapter and helps to organize the annual Louisiana’s Got Talent Small Business Expo. He volunteers at regional emerging companies incubators and accelerators and regularly provides advice and guidance to entrepreneurs.
He has also volunteered with The Pro Bono Project and Homeless Experience Legal Protection (H.E.L.P.). Prior to joining Stone Pigman, Mr. Smith worked as a Teach For America corps member, teaching middle school math, science, and social studies in the Greater New Orleans area.
