Patrice D. Stavile, counsel in Venable’s Real Estate Practice in the New York office, has in-depth experience with large and complex commercial real estate transactions and sophisticated leasing transactions.
Patrice’s practice includes real property acquisitions, sales, and financings; corporate formation and joint ventures; retail leases, license and distribution agreements; office leases, net leases, and restaurant leases; debt and corporate restructuring and real estate workouts. She has managed the liquidation of leases of retail businesses in the United States, China, and overseas.
She has also led the conversion of a NYC office building with a net lease into a sub-leasehold condominium, negotiated air rights contracts, handled the acquisitions of condominium units, negotiated construction agreements and has worked on various residential matters.
Prior to joining Venable, Patrice was general counsel to M1 Real Estate and Façonnable USA and handled the real property, retail and commercial transactions as well as supervised litigations, tax audits, and outside counsel.
