Attorney Patrick R. Boland is an Associate with the firm’s Commercial Litigation group. Mr. Boland has experience in handling litigation matters including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder disputes, successor liability, real estate litigation and general civil litigation. Mr. Boland’s litigation experience includes composing pleadings and dispositive motions, oral argument, pre-trial discovery, and assisting with matters at trial.
Mr. Boland also has extensive legal research and writing experience which he has used in assisting the firm’s appellate practice. Patrick and his wife, Elizabeth, reside in Wheaton, Illinois. Before becoming an attorney, Patrick taught Language Arts in Joliet, Illinois; his wife, Elizabeth, teaches English at Benet Academy.
Patrick actively participates in the DuPage County Bar Association and contributes to the Lisle Area Chamber of Commerce. Patrick is also a member of the Lemont Quarrymen, a vintage baseball team. When not on the ball diamond or at work, Patrick enjoys bicycle riding, playing board games, camping, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends.
