He has assisted numerous domestic and foreign clients in sorting out all manner of regulatory compliance issues, including compliance with the new NAIC/IID requirements in the post-Dodd-Frank era.
Patrick has served as counsel to several insurance departments, including the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Territory of the USVI, and the state of Hawaii.
