Ms. Patty H. Lee is counsel in the Litigation Department in the San Francisco office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Her practice focuses on representing owners and contractors mitigate risks and resolve disputes on construction projects. She also assists owners and contractors resolve disputes through claims preparation and presentation, mediation, litigation, and arbitration.
Ms. Lee has significant experience drafting and negotiating agreements with owners, contractors and designers on a wide variety of public and private projects, such as high-rise office buildings, shopping complexes, hotels, wineries, condominiums, parking structures, schools, stadiums, parks, and infrastructure projects.
Ms. Lee has particular expertise in California’s prevailing wage laws and regularly assists clients on prevailing wage compliance matters. In addition to her construction practice, Ms. Lee assists clients resolve complex commercial and real estate disputes. Before joining the firm, Ms. Lee clerked for the United States District Court, Central District of California.
