
Paul Dagostino is an attorney at Robinson Calcagnie, Inc. working on mass tort and class action cases. Since joining the firm in 2013, Mr. Dagostino has represented plaintiffs in complex litigation, including In re General Motors LLC Ignition Switch Litigation and the Johnson & Johnson Talcum Powder Cases in California State Court. Mr. Dagostino also handles wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases.
Mr. Dagostino was a member of the trial team, led by the firm’s founding partner, Mark P. Robinson, Jr., that won a record $417 million jury verdict in Echeverria v. Johnson & Johnson for a woman who contracted ovarian cancer due to her use of talcum powder products.
He also worked closely with Mr. Robinson in obtaining a $16 million settlement for a young girl who was catastrophically injured while she was walking to school.
Mr. Dagostino received his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he received a Merit Scholarship. During law school, Mr. Dagostino was a law clerk with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, Criminal Division. Mr. Dagostino received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine, graduating cum laude.
Mr. Dagostino is admitted to the California State Bar.
