Paul is a member of O’Steen & Harrison, PLC. He joined the firm in 1996 and practices in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, ethics, professional malpractice, defective products and pharmaceutical liability.
He is also an Adjunct Professor of Medical and Research Ethics at Midwestern University and the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine where he instructs current health care providers and students in the medical field.
Additionally, he is also a Designated Real Estate Broker in the State of Arizona. Paul is a nationally recognized expert and speaker in the area of ethics.
He graduated from the University of Arizona in 1985 (B.A. with High Distinction), where he was admitted to the academic honorary society Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated from California Western School of Law in 1989 (Juris Doctorate Cum Laude).
He served as an editor of the California Western Law Review-International Law Journal and was the chief editor of the California Western Directory. He received a master’s degree in bioethics in 2004 (M.A. in Bioethics), where he graduated with the Outstanding Achievement Award from the College of Health Sciences at Midwestern University and Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Friedman also received a Doctorate of Philosophy in 2006 (Ph.D. Magna Cum Laude), where his dissertation was entitled “Morality and Ethics: An Analysis of Medical Legal and Business Ethics from a Casuist Perspective.”
Paul is double Board Certified by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification in Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy and Civil Trial Advocacy.
He is also Certified in Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization.
