Paul Dietrick has practiced civil trial law for over forty years, in State and Federal Courts, and Georgia Appellate Courts.
Paul is a zealous advocate for the rights of those who are injured by the negligence and carelessness of others. Paul has successfully prosecuted automobile, trucking, tractor trailer, defective product, premises liability (both slip and fall and negligent security) and professional liability (medical and legal malpractice) cases. Paul’s clients have recovered millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts.
Paul has also served the community, in roles as a five year Board member for the John’s Creek Chamber of Commerce, and founding Attorney for the Northview High School Trial Team, which rose to State and National prominence.
Paul is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the State Bar of Georgia. Paul graduated from the University of Tennessee (With Honors) and Emory University School of Law.
Paul has been a resident of Atlanta since relocating from his birth city, Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1968. Paul is married to Holly Dietrick, with whom he has two grown girls, Laureen Anderson and Francis Dietrick.
