Paul Danner has more than 17 years’ experience counseling clients on complex business, commercial, and construction matters, as well as handling arbitrations and court cases throughout the United States.
Paul assists clients in investigating, identifying, and correcting potential issues in order to avoid legal disputes. An effective and accomplished litigator, Paul also handles general commercial and contractual disputes involving claims of breach of contract, bad faith, misappropriation, fraud, and misrepresentation, as well as demands for indemnification.
Paul routinely handles complex construction matters involving contractual disputes and claimed defects, including professional design, pile and underpinning installation, and water infiltration.
Paul acts as counsel for one of the world’s largest drug manufacturers and serves as dedicated New Jersey counsel on behalf of a major chemical manufacturer. He also provides ongoing counsel to insurance clients on first-party and third-party coverage matters, including life, health, and disability disputes. Paul brings a practical and reasoned approach to legal disputes, with a focus on bringing about cost-efficient and strategically oriented resolutions for his clients.
A former law clerk to the Hon. Kenneth R. Stein, Superior Court of New Jersey, Paul is currently a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s District V-A Ethics Committee.
He has authored numerous legal articles and often speaks to clients and colleagues on pertinent legal topics, ranging from civil practice and legal ethics to developing issues in construction, lead exposure, nanotechnology, and more.
