Perry K. Miska represents and advises employers in all labor and employment matters. Prior to joining Littler, Perry was an intern in the immigration practice of the East Bay Community Law Center in Berkeley. As a law student, he participated in his law school’s Human Trafficking Clinic, assisting clients with matters related to labor and employment law.
In addition, he volunteered at a local nonprofit that provides refugee assistance. He was a member and mentor of the Latino Law School Association and served as a contributing editor in the Journal of Law Reform. Before law school, Perry worked as a case administrator at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and interned at the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office.
