
Peter Huang is an Associate Attorney at ADLI Law Group. Mr. Huang is actively involved in the prosecution, licensing, and litigation of Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights for clients ranging in various sizes.
With a degree in Electrical Engineering and three years of engineering experience in computer laptop, Mr. Huang counsels clients in diverse computer and electronic fields as well as mechanical arts. In particular, Mr. Huang has experience in the fields of computer and mobile software, computer hardware, telecommunication and electronic devices.
With over six years of experience in the legal profession, Mr. Huang utilizes skills and knowledge to advise and assist clients in all aspects of patent and trademark law, including infringement/non-infringement opinions, acquisition, enforcement, litigations, clearances, due diligences and licensing etc.
Mr. Huang also had an extensive patent prosecution experience in Taiwan, where he drafted and prosecuted numerous patent applications in Chinese (for China and Taiwan Patent Offices). Thus, he can communicate with clients in Chinese fluently.
Prior to joining ADLI Law Group, Mr. Huang was an Associate at Partners Law Group, Inc. (Formerly affiliated with Silicon Edge Law Group, LLP), where he drafted and prosecuted patent applications in the fields of computer, electrical and mechanical arts, and supported patent and trademark litigations by drafting motions and pleadings, and participating in discoveries.
Mr. Huang graduated from University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and obtained his Juris Doctor degree from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. Mr. Huang is committed to helping clients and providing them efficient and effective service and representation.
