Peter L. Cooch is an associate in King & Spalding’s Washington, D.C. office and a member of the firm’s Special Matters and Investigations practice.
Peter focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, litigation, and government investigations. He advises clients on various topics, including the False Claims Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practice Act, whistleblower cases and fraud investigations.
Peter graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law, where he served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Journal of Business and Technology Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Maryland’s R. H. Smith School of Business, graduating from the University’s honors program.
Peter is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
