Peter J. Zipparo represents a wide range of private and public companies in complex corporate matters, including technology transactions, licensing agreements, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, SEC reporting, and general corporate governance. His practice also includes representing entrepreneurs and emerging companies in connection with a broad range of startup company matters.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Zipparo was an intern supporting the in-house legal team of a software company serving international brand manufacturers and retailers. He researched international data privacy laws, US patent reform legislation, and drafted cease and desist letters involving trademark infringement.
Previously, Mr. Zipparo was a legal assistant at a large international law firm in New York, where he worked on matters involving mergers and acquisitions. An outdoor enthusiast, Mr. Zipparo has completed the Wilderness First Responder medical training.
