
Phil Parham is a litigation associate in Baker Donelson’s Atlanta office. During law school, Phil served as an extern with Justice David Nahmias of the Georgia Supreme Court. He also served as an intern for the Honorable Charles A. Pannell in the United States District Court, N.D. of Georgia, Atlanta Division.
Since joining Baker Donelson, Mr. Parham’s primary practice is business litigation, and he focuses on projects involving commercial sales contracts, construction law and intellectual property disputes. Additionally, he manages the Georgia litigation portfolio for one of the largest agriculture supply companies in the United States.
Mr. Parham frequently serves as the lead associate on cases. Additionally, he has been second-chair in two arbitrations: one against a major software company involving claims for breach of contract and warranty, and the other against a major aircraft manufacturer involving claims for breach of contract, breach of warranty and negligent destruction of property. Other cases have included claims for corporate fraud, construction defects, and patent infringement.

Mr. Parham is actively involved in pro bono work for Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation and the Partnership Against Domestic Violence. He volunteers his time helping Georgia State University College of Law’s Advocacy Program, Mentorship Program and Student Trial Lawyers Association, and he is also a member of the Associated General Contractors of Georgia’s Young Leadership Program.
