As a corporate associate, Philip A. Kaminski focuses his practice on secured finance transactions. He has experience acting for banks, borrowers and institutional investors on a wide range of financing transactions including acquisition financings, restructurings and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Philip was an associate at Vedder Price, where he worked in their global transportation finance group and specialized in representing banks and institutional investors in the financing of aircraft using a variety of transaction structures including mortgage financings, back-leveraged lease financings, EETC financings and warehouse financings.
