Philip P. Keating focuses his practice in the areas of products liability and toxic torts. Mr. Keating has many years of experience in private practice representing clients in the areas of general civil litigation and criminal defense. He has worked closely with clients in many industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, real estate, trucking, hospitality, and management services.
Mr. Keating also has extensive experience in toxic tort cases, specifically related to asbestos. Mr. Keating has successfully litigated numerous cases that involve the transportation industry, including a variety of tractor-trailer crashes, through all phases of litigation, including trial.
Before entering private practice, Mr. Keating served as an assistant state attorney for six years with the Office of the State Attorney Broward County, Florida. He prosecuted a variety of criminal cases as well as served as representative of the Broward County State Attorney’s Office on the Multi-Agency Gang Task Force. He has served as the lead trial counsel in more than 80 jury trials and has extensive courtroom experience.
