Philip Aubry is an associate at the Dickinson Wright LLP Toronto office. A member of the firm’s business law group, he has been involved in numerous corporate and securities transactions. His practice includes advising domestic and foreign public and private companies on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border deals, mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and joint ventures.
Philip has represented issuers in growth-stage and public equity offerings, including a variety of registered and exempt securities offerings and other financing transactions. He advises publicly traded and privately held companies on corporate and securities-related matters, corporate governance issues and periodic reporting obligations under securities law. He also has experience in franchising, commercial leasing and advising professional corporations.
He has practiced in both civil law and common law jurisdictions. Philip practices law in both English and French.
