Philip Michael Smith has concentrated on criminal law for 40 years. He is a criminal defense lawyer and a former judge and district attorney. He has also served in the US Navy Reserve JAG Corp. Philip Smith completed Bachelor of Arts from the University of Denver in 1975. He attended the University of Colorado School of Law and completed his Juris Doctorate in 1979. He has served as an Assistant District Attorney in the 5th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, and a Deputy District Attorney at the 18th Judicial Circuit Court.
