
Mr. Philippe Weiss is the president of Seyfarth Shaw at Work/WorkRight Solutions, the firm’s dedicated compliance services and training subsidiary. Mr. Weiss works with companies and organizations of all sizes to develop top-down respect-focused initiatives and has been called upon by legislative task forces for #MeToo-related testimony on improving workplace culture.
He collaborates with corporate executive teams and in-house legal/HR leaders to develop core value statements, compliance plans, media strategies and training initiatives. Mr. Weiss directs a global team of firm and consultant attorney-trainers and, individually, presents pilot courses and compliance training roll-out plans to enforcement agencies as part of complex litigation settlement processes.
