Punit K. Marwaha is an attorney in the financial services litigation practice, representing clients in business disputes, consumer law and commercial litigation in both federal and state courts. Punit focuses on defending against claims arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Truth in Lending Act and related matters.
Punit is a graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law, where he interned with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He also completed a fellowship at the Chicago Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law prior to beginning his legal career.
