Quintin Cushner focuses on white-collar criminal defense and civil litigation. He has successfully represented individual and corporate clients in jurisdictions throughout Arizona and on American Indian tribal lands, as well as in government and internal investigations.
In addition to regularly representing individuals facing criminal charges in local, state, and federal courts through all stages of litigation, Quintin’s recent matters include leading a public corruption investigation and serving as a special prosecutor in Indian Country.
Quintin regularly represents individuals and entities who have been identified as targets, subjects, or witnesses in federal investigations, including those pertaining to public corruption, health care fraud, and tax offenses. Quintin also litigates civil matters, including commercial cases, First Amendment and public records challenges, and consumer-protection disputes.
Quintin has been recognized by the State Bar of Arizona as one of the state’s top 50 pro bono lawyers. His representations have included individuals in civil and criminal court proceedings at all stages of litigation, including at jury trial, and non-profit boards. Previously Quintin served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. Stephen M. McNamee at the US District Court, District of Arizona. He also worked as a journalist, authoring numerous articles on a variety of legal issues.
