As a member of the Advocacy Group, Rachael Haley concentrates her practice in a variety of commercial and business litigation matters. As a member of the Advocacy Group, she assists clients with general business-related litigation matters.
Before joining Baker Donelson, Ms. Haley was a legal clerk for the Tennessee Attorney General’s Office in the Civil Rights Division, where she researched and drafted various motions defending the State against tort, workers’ compensation, and civil rights claims.
As a third-year law student in the Civil Practice Clinic, Ms. Haley represented a disabled, middle-school student fighting for appropriate accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
