
Rachael Reed is an associate in the Labor & Employment Department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Atlanta office. Ms. Reed represents employers in a broad range of employment-related matters including single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation actions, wage and hour class and collective actions, and traditional labor relations matters.
Prior to joining Seyfarth Shaw, Ms. Reed attended Georgia State University College of Law where she served as Executive Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review. During law school, Ms. Reed completed judicial externships with the Honorable John J. Goger in the Fulton County Superior Court and the Honorable Amy Totenberg in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. As a third-year student, Ms. Reed coached underclassmen on trial advocacy skills as a part of Georgia State’s Trial Advocacy Program.
