I graduated SUNY Albany in 1996 with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Business. While at SUNY Albany, I decided to pursue a career in law. In the fall of 1996, I enrolled at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. While completing my course studies at Touro I was an active member of the Student Bar Association and Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.
While at Touro, I had the opportunity to spend a semester as a law student intern in the Family Law Clinic, which allowed students to represent clients in a supervised atmosphere in Suffolk County Family Court, aiding them in the various stages of family offense proceedings.
After graduating from Touro, I went to work for a mid-sized general practice firm, until 2000, when I opened up a practice of my own. The focus of my firm was to provide quality legal advice in the areas of real estate and family law while remaining personally committed to my clients.
The focus of my practice is to provide quality legal advice in the areas of family and matrimonial law, as well as residential real estate transactions. During the past 17 years, I have been approved by and appointed to the Suffolk County Family Court 18B panel and as an Attorney for Children in both the Suffolk County Family and Supreme Courts.
In many instances, these matters overlap and it is here that my unique and insightful perspective can assist litigants in these combined and across-the-board issues. My professional memberships include New York State Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association, and the Suffolk County Matrimonial Bar Association.
In addition, I believe in supporting the community in which I practice and am a proud supporter of West Islip Little League, West Islip Baseball, West Islip Field Hockey Booster Club, and the performing artists programs in the West Islip Middle and High schools.
