Rachel Catt has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since 2002. Rachel develops a personal relationship with each client and understands their priorities and goals.

Rachel is trained and experienced in both the psychological and financial aspects of family law. Her child custody practice encompasses relocation, mental health, alienation, appropriate parenting plans for all ages, and LGBT matters.
Concerning financial issues, Rachel’s experience includes large marital estates with complex income sources and assets such as corporations, small businesses, trusts, real estate, tech, stock options, investments and asset tracing.
Rachel Catt attended law school in Washington. D.C. where she worked at a large civil litigation firm, a family law litigation clinic, the Human Rights Campaign, and for Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin (WI).
After law school, Rachel practiced family law in San Francisco, California for twelve years. Her practice began at an esteemed boutique family law firm, followed by a successful solo practice.
Rachel regularly presents legal education courses to other family law attorneys and judges, and has testified numerous times before the Colorado legislature on bills concerning family law, women’s issues and LGBT matters. She is currently the President-Elect of the Colorado LGBT Bar Association.
