
Rachel B. Peck focuses her practice on white-collar criminal defense and internal investigations for individuals and corporations. Rachel specifically advises clients regarding Department of Justice (DOJ) criminal investigations and prosecutions, including matters related to public corruption, fraud, bid-rigging, and price-fixing as well as large-scale corporate investigations.
Rachel represents clients in the defense of multidistrict, class action, civil damage claims in cartel actions, and in other kinds of complex litigation and arbitrations. She has extensive experience with international clients, particularly in Asia and the Caribbean, and across various sectors, including manufacturing, financial services, auto parts, and electronic components.
