Rachel Bevans

Rachel H. Bevans is an experienced litigator in the firm’s New York office. Rachel concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation matters, labor law, construction litigation and products liability. She has extensive experience handling all phases of litigation, from the initiation of a suit to preparation for trial. Prior to joining Cozen O’Connor, Rachel practiced insurance coverage litigation at a New York-based law firm.

Rachel earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School, where she was the executive development editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law and an articles editor for the Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
