Rachel M. Jones is an associate in Venable’s Corporate Practice in the Baltimore office. She is a 2017 graduate of William & Mary Law School. While in law school, Rachel served in the Special Education Advocacy Law Clinic, where she represented students with disabilities and their families in Individualized Education Program meetings, discipline matters, and administrative hearings.
She also completed a Graduate Research Fellowship with Student Accessibility Services at William & Mary and served on the executive board of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal.
Before law school, Rachel was a public policy intern with Patton Boggs LLP, where she tracked and analyzed relevant legislation, hearings, and news stories for the tax policy and financial services practice groups; drafted memoranda and articles regarding tax policy, foreign sovereigns, and higher education; and researched changes in regulatory and foreign policy.
