Frustrated and annoyed
Hired Rachel to mediate visitation, she opens with a discussion about abortion and Trump. I felt as if she would prefer I walk away with no visitation, I had to beg her just to get her to ask for an additional day of parenting time. It seemed like she was advocating for the defendant and completely unprofessional. We ultimately came to an agreement because we already had a standing order so no real changes, but it was so frustrating dealing with Rachel, she complained nonstop about negotiations which is her job. I wasted time on this one, I definitely regret hiring her, Im pretty sure the agreement would be the same if I hired someone else, but she was just so unpleasant and unprofessional, I recommend going elsewhere.
