Rachel M. Levy is an Associate in Fragomen’s Houston office, where she represents clients ranging from Fortune 500 organizations to mid-size and small companies in various industries, including international energy, manufacturing, information technology, finance and shipping. Rachel began her career with Fragomen as a Law Clerk in 2017.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Rachel clerked at a local immigration firm and served as a student attorney at the University of Houston Law Center Immigration Clinic, where she handled asylum, U-Visa, T-Visa, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and removal defense cases.
She has also worked at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston’s Cabrini Center for Immigrant Legal Assistance and Refugee Services of Texas, Inc.
Rachel speaks English and Spanish.
