Rachel E. McRoskey has experience representing investors, owners, lenders, and developers in a range of local and national transactions, including shopping center development, acquisitions and dispositions, and public and private sector financing.
Her practice also includes representation of landlords and tenants in office, industrial and retail leasing, and representation of both financial institutions and borrowers in single asset and portfolio mortgage and mezzanine financings and preferred equity transactions.
Rachel began her practice as a litigator, specializing in complex real estate and business litigation, giving her a well-developed sense of risk management and an appreciation for dispute avoidance in negotiating and drafting leases, loan agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and other key transactional documents.
