Rachel Miller-Ziegler is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Munger, Tolles & Olson. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Miller-Ziegler clerked for Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. of the U.S. Supreme Court and for Chief Judge Merrick B. Garland of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
Ms. Miller-Ziegler earned her J.D. from Harvard Law School, where she was president of the Harvard Law Review. She graduated with a B.S. in physics and religious studies from Yale University.
