Rachel Wise

Rachel Wise is an associate in the Las Vegas office where she is a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group. Rachel is a strong advocate for her clients and is practiced in all phases of complex civil litigation whether it is preparing well-reasoned legal briefings or advising clients through the litigation process.

If the best course of action is to settle a case, Rachel is an effective negotiator helping clients reach the best possible outcome. Her experience ranges from insurance defense, real property, and water law, to labor and employment, transactional, and contract law. She also handles various employment discrimination claims.

Rachel served as law clerk to both the United States Air Force, where she answered Equal Employment Opportunity Commission complaints, and the Michigan Army National Guard, where she pursued Servicemembers Civil Relief Act claims. Additionally, Rachel served as a clinician for the Michigan State University Small Business Nonprofit Clinic and served as a law clerk for the Michigan Attorney General.
