
Rafael Gallardo Hevia focuses his practice on complex litigation matters. He has experience with appellate and trial-court litigation. During his clerkship for the Honorable Allyson K. Duncan for the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, Mr. Gallardo Hevia received a certificate for distinguished service to the court.
He also clerked for the Honorable Susan G. Braden for the US Court of Federal Claims, served as a legal intern for the Criminal Appeals Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office and was a summer associate at WilmerHale.
