Raisa Daigneault focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. She has experience with the resolution of a wide range of matters, including contract disputes, antitrust and unfair competition claims, intellectual property disputes, violations of federal administrative law, and business torts. She also counsels clients on antitrust compliance issues.
In addition, Raisa assists major financial institutions in employee benefit matters before the US Department of Labor, as well as with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training programs involving conditions imposed by the Department. Raisa has experience drafting corporate documents and contracts, and negotiating business transactions.
