Ralitza S. Dineva is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on securities and commercial litigation.
During law school, Ralitza served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Phyllis J. Hamilton, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, and as a research assistant to Professor Pratheepan Gulasekaram in the areas of constitutional and immigration law.
She also represented a client in an immigration appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and advised low-income clients on various employment law issues as part of the Workers’ Rights Clinic of the Katharine & George Alexander Community Law Center.
