Ralph T Lepore III is an experienced trial lawyer focusing on general civil litigation. He is a partner at the Boston office of the law firm, Holland & Knight. He serves as the chairman of the Directors Committee and a member of the Litigation Section of his law firm. He has obtained pro hac vice admissions in many states like California, Rhode Island, Florida, New Hampshire, Texas, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Vermont, Maine, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Alabama.
He has handled many general aviation aircraft litigation issues involving miscellaneous take-off and landing accidents, icing of runways, wind-shear and in-flight-turbulence, helicopter accidents, mid-air collisions, runway accidents, fuel starvation, unlocked doors on take-off, accidents due to fuel exhaustion, contaminated fuel, propeller failures, other component-part failures, and icing of wings.
