Ramon Ramirez represents employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Ramon also represents clients in employee mobility disputes involving misappropriation of trade secrets, non-solicitation, and non-competition matters.
In addition to his litigation experience before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, Ramon frequently advises clients on federal, state, and local laws, including exemptions, overtime, meal and rest periods, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, and paid sick leave.
Prior to joining O’Melveny, Ramon was an associate at an AmLaw 100 firm where he dedicated his practice to labor and employment matters.
