Rana Ansari is a corporate associate in Reed Smith’s San Francisco office and is a member of the Global Corporate Group. Her practice touches on a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, securities offerings, venture capital finance, real estate, corporate formation and governance, and other general corporate representation.
Rana has experience drafting various corporate and real estate transactional documents, including bylaws, articles of incorporation, company resolutions, asset purchase agreements, merger agreements, security agreements, releases, joint venture and other operating agreements, leases, subleases, assignments, promissory notes, and real estate purchase agreements.
Previously, Rana was a member of the Financial Industry Group, focusing on matters involving dealer financial services, mortgage loan originators and loan servicers.
