Currently practicing business and securities litigation, Randall B. Clark offers a broad range of legal experience gained as a colonel in the U.S. Air Force’s Judge Advocate General’s Department (now Corps) and in 20 years of private practice commercial litigation.
Following his active military service, during which he fulfilled a variety of roles as prosecutor and legal advisor, Randy entered the private sector as a litigator handling title insurance claims for a title insurance law firm. He also has represented clients on criminal cases, personal injury and wrongful death cases, and numerous business and financial services matters.
Over the course of his career, Randy has tried more than 50 jury trials to verdict and more than 100 nonjury trials. In addition, he has handled hundreds of depositions, made hundreds of court appearances, and drafted and argued hundreds of pretrial motions.
Randy has drafted appellate briefs and conducted oral arguments in post-trial appeals in the Texas Courts of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. He also has personally mediated more than 100 cases that resulted in favorable settlements saving clients millions of dollars. As a law student, Randy earned the American Jurisprudence Award for Trial Advocacy.
