Randolph Teslik

W. Randolph Teslik represents corporations and individuals in complex civil and criminal litigation, including jury trials and arbitrations. He also counsels businesses and individuals with respect to business disputes, reputational recovery and other matters.Randy was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of Columbia, where he prosecuted major felony and fraud cases and represented the United States in criminal and civil appeals.

He served as chief of the Grand Jury Section for four years, where he supervised and conducted hundreds of complex investigations involving fraud, public corruption and violent crimes.Randy focuses on defending businesses against multiplaintiff class and collective actions involving wide-ranging claims, including:
