Randy Nussbaum is a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist (Arizona Board of Legal Specialization) and a Certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist (American Board of Certification). His areas of practice include complex bankruptcy law, real estate, construction, and contract law.
Randy is a popular lecturer and author on topics regarding bankruptcy, construction and real estate for the State Bar of Arizona, Maricopa County Bar Associations, American Bankruptcy Institute and other professional organizations.
Randy is very involved in community leadership. He is a 1990 graduate of Scottsdale Leadership, is a past vice president and board member, and has volunteered for that organization for over 26 years and now also sits on its Advisory Board.
He is also a former member of the City of Scottsdale Environmental Quality Advisory Board; past citizens chair for Envirokids Fest; a board member for the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts; and a member of Scottsdale Arts development committee.
Randy is a board member of the Scottsdale Historical Society and the Scottsdale Community College Advisory Board, and he donates time helping underprivileged individuals at Scottsdale’s Paiute Center and participating in the Volunteer Lawyer Program.
