A versatile and client-focused attorney, Raymond P. Dudlo is part of four distinct practice groups at Stoll Keenon Ogden. His clients include businesses, municipalities, landowners and families. Raymond enjoys taking the time necessary to assure his clients understand the complexities of their case and the various options available, so they can make informed decisions.
Raymond partners with companies and individual professionals to solve their problems in and outside of the courtroom. He represents clients at the trial and appellate levels, on matters ranging from debt collection to challenging disputes. Whenever possible, Raymond mediates cases and guides parties to an agreement.
As a municipal attorney, Raymond represents towns and cities on matters related to infrastructure, public records requests, zoning and land use, and parks and recreation development. He also works with local governments and public utilities on projects such as land and easement acquisitions. For private landowners, Raymond advises on issues relating to zoning and partitioning of properties.
Raymond is experienced in guiding clients through the intricacies of family and civil litigation, such as adult guardianships, dissolution of marriage, and child adoptions. He is sensitive to the taxing nature of these cases, so he takes care to communicate with clients at all phases of the process.
Raymond advises hospitals, counseling practices and other medical entities on HIPAA compliance and related litigation actions. He keeps clients apprised of their responsibilities under state and federal law by creating and helping implement policies and procedures to safeguard their data.
